Keybinds suck when I open the cheat menu

I’ve tried everything to resolve this issue. I’ve reinstalled the game, verified files, and reset settings, yet every time I press Control+Shift+C to open the cheat console, the game freezes in a specific way. The WASD keys stop working, as do the arrow keys. I can still use the mouse to move the camera, zoom in, and out, but I lose all keyboard control of movement. I’d really appreciate any advice or support from the community or admins on what might be causing this conflict.
