Kid Makeup

What about when they change clothes or come home from school? Does it come off then? That's an odd bug lol

Nope.

Here's what I noticed. It is one particular kid. Every time he eats at the table he pulls out a powder puff and applies makeup. Then there is no option to remove it. Changing clothes or taking a shower doesn't remove it. The only thing that does is leaving the house or exiting the game. Even that is hit or miss.

Did you actually buy the vanity table? If so put it in the parents room and lock the door for only the parents. I didn't think it was a table that you could eat at as I've never seen anyone do that before.

But, the makeup will wear off on it's own after a certain amount of sim hours. Taking a shower is supposed to remove the makeup though. Do you have any cc or mods that could be messing with your game?

Little boy sims play with the vanity table too? :/ Call me old fashioned but that seems odd to me. Sim children are 8-12 years old. I could see a toddler boy maybe doing that but I don't know any young boys that play with make up. :grey_question:

Its more common than you think.

I have a young lady who every time she I had her draw at the drawing table she'd put on her grandmother's make up. I didn't mind because it didn't effect her drawing except that her make up was never right and embarrassed her lol. I thought it was a funny issue with the vanity being one floor above her while she was drawing. I'll add my "me too" to the thread and just wanted you to know you're not alone! :)

I had my male kid use the vanity as well, I first tried cleaning it off by having him take a shower and it didn't come off. So I waited until the module was over and sure enough it disappeared and his face. I hope this helps.

I personally don't mind it, I have a male sim kid that I'm 99.99% sure I'm gonna make him gay, I know some people may find it weird But I like having the opinion to play with makeup for both male and female kids. But no, you're right I don't see 8-12 years olds play with makeup. 8 year olds, maybe. 9 year olds, possibly. But definitely not 10-12 year olds. That is, if their not like my male sim kid.
