Sandwich maker and a portable cupcake machine. The huge one we already have is not practical.

I always liked the food processor in TS3. It would speed up the preparation of meals. And a smoothie maker would be great with smoothie recipes that require specific fruits and vegetables. If they added oranges and ginger to the game you could already make most recipes that exist IRL. Gameplay wise the regular ingestion of smoothies could stave off colds and add some energy/energize.

Second the motion on food processor. That's a base game item in TS2, but still none five years in with TS4. Not amused. Technically not an appliance, but the chemestry set from TS1 would be nice.

I have a modded tea maker that looks like a tea set, which I use all the time. Something like that would be nice. A metal coffee pot that goes on the stove or tea kettle that goes on the stove. A juicer that looks like they’re hand squeezing.

Also, a Kitchenaide-type stand mixer with a bowl. You could do some really cute kitchens with that.

Smaller fridge, such as the TS2 Uni fridge going under the counter.

Also, I'd love to see my sims have something to drink with their meals. They do in restaurants so the dining tables are already prepared for a glass next to the plate. I don't mind if it's just water, it would still look better. Maybe we could simply click their glass to turn it into milk, juice or nectar.
