I have had it before, even in vanilla games, and way before the current pack/patch mess. Sim would give the routing error hand wave & thought baloon. The cure I was given here on the forums way back when is to:
pull the kitchen out of the house and put it into the yard
put in a new blank room where it used to be
move the fridge back into the new room along with a counter
test by having sim make a simple no-cook meal
if that is successful bring back the stove for a cooked meal test
if cooking works, slowly bring kitchen components back, delete any that cause a problem
once new kitchen is complete and functioning properly delete the old one
Alternatively, nuke the old kitchen upon removal and build a new one from stratch.
