Plus I don't think any important cultural things are exclusively represented in packs. There is an Indian kit and a Moroccan kit, however they've added things for Indian and Middle Eastern culture in updates too (bindis, hijabs, fully covering outfits, etc)
Actually, with a create a world tool it can easily be done. In TS2 and TS3 I had vacation worlds/subhoods for every continent. Easily achievable with official tools.
CAW is something I truly miss in Sim4. I absolutely loved custom world creation in TS3. If we were to get an official CAW tool for Sims 4 no one would want an EA world anymore’ ! They could ask the community to build worlds for new packs, same way they let Game Changers build lots for new worlds. In that case the team should focus more on gameplay mechanics & systems and improve the game’s Ai. Hire a truckload of competent coders and let us take care of the rest. Hooray. But no. ?
