Klepto waiting time?
in neighbor's apt, nobody's home, my crime boss klepto sim is like a kid in a candy store. whats the waiting time between swiping "borrowing" an object?

When a sim swipes an item, they get an energised moodlet. They are unable to swipe another item until the moodlet wears off. - If you have MC command center, just remove all the buffs and you can swipe again straight away.
