Kleptomaniac Trait
So this is my first time playing a sim with that trait..... You mean to tell me they can only swipe one thing a night???? How am I supposed to pay my bills ( :D)???

Downside to trait, they stay in a bad mood if they don't swipe. Make sure no one is in the room when they do, getting caught is also a pain all day. And if the room is not empty make sure to cancel their autonomous action to do it on their own which can pop up at anytime whether they have swiped already or not. Then there is the guilt..moodlet...
