Knitting not showing up in CAS

So I had my sim knit her daughter two beanie bear hats and when I go into cas to put it on it's saying it's still locked so I look on her inventory it's says it's in her wardrobe make it make sense is this a big of some kind. I thought it was fixed but I guess not.
