Kyle and Greg questions?

These types of sims usually have a special hidden trait. Some of them lose the trait if you play them, some don't. You can always give them the trait back using cheats or mods (MCCC). If you search online, I'm sure you can find the cheats and trait names to do this.
In my experience, the game does not spawn another Greg but I use mods so they could be the reason.

I can't say for certain that it won't spawn Greg or that he'll lose is hidden trait. In my experience, I deleted all the lots in Moonwood Mill for my save file, and Rory and Lou never showed up to their hangout. They were untouched in that save but I had to make my sims call them over when I wanted to interact with them. They would come to their hangout, and then leave. This was right after Werewolves came out, and I haven't tried it since. It was as if the game didn't recognize Rory as being a pack leader.

I haven't had any issues with Greg showing up though. Just the pack leaders, Kristopher and Rory.

As for Kyle, XURBANSIMSX had him move in with her sim for her Growing Together LP. I do know that other sims your sim befriend will ask to visit. My sim had an established friendship and she's never gotten the call from Kyle. It's been her closest friends.

If it were me, I'd leave the Moonwood Mill residents alone but I think Kyle may be safe. He won't ask you stay over unless your sims are friends with him. Please keep in mind, this is all speculation from what I've observed in my game. It's a very real possibility that I'm wrong.

I would suggest you test it in a temporary save and see what happens.

Yeah I feel like with Kyle I might be able to add him in club or befriend or indeed have him stay over to get some Kyle time I've been scheming but I feel like since Greg never leaves his trailer area voluntarily I would have to add him in household

maybe i indeed should test save it first cause i don't want my main save to have disappearance of Greg and Kyle they are quite fun to have around

I would. You wouldn't want to ruin an entire save for one or two households. And like mighty sprite said, let us know what happens.

I've just started playing the premades (just Willow Creek and Oasis Springs with a few TS2 households) and I'd like to know what I may be up against as I slowly add other worlds.

Kyle is from Growing Together he sometimes calls your sims to come stay over :)

I guess Kyle is just luck and I might need to move my sim in San Sequoia and hope he gives a call or something to get him in relationship panel :/

I'm pretty sure he's more likely to want to stay over if your sims don't have any other friends. When I started my rotation, Cassandra got a call from him. I declined because I wasn't ready for that.

I have always found Kyle doing various jobs around the world and not always San Sequoia. He's worked on foodstalls, bars and even as a Repo Man!
