Rebate day looping

The Reaper's Rewards event from a while back broke my game, and in particular week 5 in which I had not been able to progress and thus stopped playing said event. I have been unable to play holidays from Seasons normally, as they do not progress past Rebate Day, a hidden holiday. Canceling the holiday does not work, and neither does repairing the game, deleting the bugged ini file associated with Reaper's Rewards, nor reinstalling the game.
