L-shaped stairs in studio picture?

The SimGurus posted a picture from the studio and when you look closer, you can see what could possibly be a conceptual sketch for L-shaped stairs. The green arrows might indicate that we can drag at them so that we can fully manipulate the stairs.

Wrong. Clearly it's a sketch for open world.

It’s either L shaped stairs or an adjustable landing to make various shapes (L, U, etc). The arrows tell me it is definitely stairs of some sort but the manipulation points make more sense for L stairs.

It really needs to be L shaped stairs I'm so tired of only having 1 option.

They say they're very close to split level rooms. THAT would be a game changer, multiple levels INDOORS.

Haha.. stairs already have manipulation points. The only truly new part of the sketch is the middle landing which seems to have an adjustable height slider. Game changer? Eh, we’ll see.

L shaped stars were very annoying to build in both TS2 and TS3. A real L stair tool with easy-to-use manipulation points would be amazing.

Looks like L shaped stairs to me...I really hope we get this and a few other type of stairs this year.
