Lactose Recipes?
Are the lactose food labeled because my sim isn't suppose to have dairy and I am confused what he can eat and can't eat. Like I thought the Grand Meal Breakfast would be fine unless eggs are dairy.

Yes they are labeled as lactose free if they don’t have it.
