landlord not fixing issues?
so my sims stove blew up, and i called landlord and hes just sitting watching tv (i know it ment to be real but this real??) do i just have to replace it myself?

Get rid of the TV. Put it in inventory. Talk to the landlord. Click next to the stove "Chat Here". When he goes there, stop chatting, leave the kitchen and lock him in there. If he tries using any other items, remove them to inventory. :D

EDIT: Actually, come to think of it, if the stove is destroyed, I'm guessing the landlord can't do anything about it. Only repair a broken one. Hmm...
