I use my laundry basket to carry clean clothes back up from the basement. So it makes perfect sense to me, even if it doesn't actually work that way in game. Haven't had a chance to play today, but I'll see if I can fit a laundry room into the home of the family I plan to play tomorrow. Thought I had a better picture of this one, with the laundry items arranged on the back porch. The other set of shelves is at the far left, beyond the laundry sink. That's the Voidcritters game in the foreground - forgot it was there.
