IF you're referring to me, I never did. I can't tell who you're referring to though, I haven't seen anybody mention expansion packs.
I get you, you were comparing Stuff Pack vs Stuff Pack. However I was comparing "What You Get With Laundry" in Sims 3 vs Sims 4.
In Sims 3 you got Laundry included in Ambitions, which contained 5 professions, 1 career, expansion on the medical career, Self-employment, new town, new Simbots, new build modes, new skills, tattoos, earthquakes, motorcykles. And yes, laundry.
Basically Laundry was the LEAST important part of that pack.
In Sims 4 you pay $10 for a pack that basically ONLY contains laundry. Plus CAS and BUILD items.
Especially in the light of all the ideas scrapped from Eco Living this does indeed make it a very "empty" pack.
