Seems like you're going after alot of the annoyances in my games. I approve. My Sims turns to mischief far too easily. Same with the computer, not even supposedly locked doors stops them sometimes (but maybe it bugs out everytime I visit another lot or go into B/B?)
Oh, and fixes for the incessant drinking are always welcome.
