I agree with LGR assessment of this pack because I'm eyes it is what it is an pack of recolors and multiple requirements to have C&D which in my eyes again is an strategic move on EA/Maxis part to get people to buy C&D. It is an risky move that could backfire on them. Sure the most loyal customers will buy it regardless of the tactic but hey that is on them and hope they like it but while I am an collector I will not pay full price on this unless in the future it goes down to $3.99 or lower.
