In the family I am playing in my current save I had 3 toddlers, 2 of which were fussy. I started playing as the family after the children had already become toddlers, so I didn't get to choose their traits.
They were a meds! Always angry or sad. They almost starved and got taken away on several occassions because they wanted to throw their food instead of eat it!
Thankfully the 3rd toddler was angelic so taking care of her was a breeze.
