Well this confirms that moving solely to 64-bit means nothing. They have no intention of actually using that advantage to its potential for future packs so why bother taking away 32-bit in the first place?
They’ve been taking advantage of 64-bit for a long time. Cats & Dogs would crash all the time if you were to play the 32-bit version. They just choose to continue to sell the game to 32-bit players as they don’t care if their game crashes. I mean TS3 has always had crash issues with 32-bit memory limitation, and yet they’re still selling that game to this day.
