Legendary Legacy

Has anyone recently tried or completed the "Legendary Legacy" achievement?

I recently started and was trying to find information on how to get to generation 100, however all the threads I found were several years old. Does the counter still reset a lot for example?

    I think it might still reset, not sure. But I wouldn't test it. I'd suggest not traveling or using a dresser, just to be sure. That's how I did it :)

    Wow, I rarely get beyond generation 5. I really need to give a longstanding game another go.

    Does the game keep track for you or are you writing it down somewhere? I remember reading it stopped after 26 generations but I don't know if they ever changed that.

    I never made it past gen 2 in the Sims 4 so it's going to be an adventure!
