Less Clunky Chef Stations and Group Experimental Meals, Please!

This is something that has always bothered me about Dine Out. Okay, the experimental dishes require a chef station, fair enough. But why is it that the only chef stations we have are super clunky and ...

Yes, I wish so many objects were less clunky in this game.
And I also agree on the request of being able to make meal groups, such a random choice they made there.
