- I use gnomes consistently on my community lots because I got tired of things breaking down like toilets (especially on ghost nights) My sims don't go out to fix things, they go out to have fun.
- I like to place the quake one just to mess with my sims. However when I need them to train a skill level for work in just a few days i use the traits that would help. It’s always helped my sim trying to raise her charisma or logic skill.
- I love lot traits especially the Romantic Aura and Convivial ones.

I have a mod that unlocks the normally locked ones in San Myshuno, so I can get rid of those irritating ones. I also use them on non-residental lots a lot, other than that just mostly I use them on my main household.
I've used the one by Dorsal Axe before, but it hasn't been updated since June. Is there another one?- Neat! I mostly use teen neighbourhood so my younger sims can make friends.
