My take on this subject is that we all, every single one of us, unique individuals, the product of an extremely complex blend of genetic, biological and social cultural influences, some of which, we may not be aware have influenced our development, but.... Humans like to simplify so here we are confined to labels.
Having said this, I would welcome simple, plain practical clothes for my Sims jeans, tee-shirt etc. and some more hands-on jobs and practical careers and hobbies for them to do in their spare time. Body hair is part of the human experience so, yes of course.
