I think a nice, juicy Werewolf pack would resolve the (lack of) masculinity problem. For both males and females. B)
So what would this look like for masculinity?
~Well, Werewolves are hairy, for one thing, so having varieties of body and facial hair with a plethora of textures, and some longer and wilder hair styles for both males and females, "bedhead" styles, partially shaved styles, new loose ponytails (male and female) with strands hanging out.
~Maybe some new body scars (scarification designs would be awesome) and decorative tatoos with thick, harsh lines in "tribal" style.
~More button-down shirts with a variety of patterns and plains like plaid, thin vertical stripes, two-toned... also layered shirts like a tank top with an open button-down over it in both tidy and disheveled styles. Form-fitted tee shirts that accentuate the male frame, some with rolled sleeves 50s style, some tattered, some with cutoff sleeves, some immaculate. Textures for tops should be flannel, cotton, linen, lots of natural fibers. Leather and suede jackets, some worn and old, some fresh and fashionable, some biker styles, some blazer styles. Some lightweight "outdoorsy" jackets and worn hoodies. I'd also like more styles that show a little more of the chest (for that body hair!) like halfway buttoned shirts or low-necked tanks or ripped necklines. Lots of neutral and earthy tones with some bold colors.
~MORE JEANS. Jeans that go all the way down to cover the ankles, some frayed on the bottom and on the worn areas and pockets, some crisp and newer. Jean shorts cut off and frayed at the knee area with some threads hanging and worn spots. Maybe even grease marks and dirt discoloring to show some down and dirty hard work. Some could be form fitting, some a little loose, some skinny jeans, some straight fit.
~More boots! Biker boots, hiking boots, Timberlands, Doc Martens, Punk boots...some going to mid-calf, some to the ankle, some with clunky, chunky soles and treads.
~Fingerless gloves, biker gloves, simple winter gloves in plain colors, workman's gloves.
~New skin details for facial lines, patchy skin, new moles, and some face and body dirt, a "sweaty" skin texture.
~More teeth varieties with chipped or cracked teeth, larger teeth, some crooked teeth, smaller and larger canines.
~Hats and bandanas that are faded and worn.
~In the makeup category, a "flushed" face look for blush. More eyeliner for men. Some new natural lip tones with cracked or dry lips, lips with a natural "split".
~New exaggerated masculine features in the lips, nose, jaw, cheeks, and forehead categories.
~And it would be nice to have a hand slider so manly men could have larger hands. Also, some dirty or cracked nails, "bitten" nails, in the fingernail category as well as Werewolf claws.
~More masculine jewelry pieces like single ear earrings, simple rings and fancy rings with wolves or serpents or skulls. Necklaces that are simple pieces hanging on a cord, like an animal tooth, a totem, a razor blade, a bound, natural stone, a wood carving.
Man, I could be here all day coming up with stuff. But those are things I'd really like for both males and females. I personally love to go shop for button-down shirts in the men's section so I really want my females to sport these styles too.
These are really good suggestions. They're not necessarily "masculine" as masculine can also be clean-shaven, pressed shirt and ironed pants but definitely does fit into the masculine style since what I've mentioned already exists.
I especially do love the makeup ideas and nails!
