I've been observing the forums for the past few days and I am seeing only hate and disappointment and bitterness surrounding most of the threads, and in turn it's making me feel very bitter and misera...

Love this thread!
I've played The Sims since it first released. Sims 4 is definitely my favourite. I just love how manageable the game is in CAS, build and play. Also that all worlds are playable in one save file. The toddlers are absolutely adorable.
If I want open worlds and cars, I would play Sims 3. If I want attraction system, I would play Sims 2. I much prefer the emotion system. In my opinion it gives the sims far more depth and personality.
