It is very special that Callisto proposed to Kiyoshi at the Festival of Light, in the world  where they both grew up @atreya33 🙂 The lantern lights floating on the water is very pretty! It will be a lovely time for them as they prepare for and enjoy having their wedding later this year.

I say that, and in my story both straight couples had the traditional man takes the knee. On the other hand, Liberty is no stranger to laying a passionate kiss on Matteo...

@Ellupelluellu Those weddings aren't that hard to stage if you're wiling to sacrifice a few several days and most all of your sanity to make it happen.🤪

@DaniRose2143thanks. I didn't go for a flipped gender proposal on purpose. It just made sense that my main sim would initiate the proposal. To be honest I would have preferred an alternative animation that's a bit less theatrical but they are happy together, that's what counts.

I love your pic of the wedding at the beach.Th wedding laughing bridesmaids are a nice detail.

@atreya33 Ah, ok. Well it is still fun to see the roles reversed now and then🙂 Your reason for doing it that way makes perfect sense too.

If I remember right they were crying but that in split second that I took the picture you could definitely think they were laughing. In one of the takes I did for that chapter I have a picture somewhere of Danielle and Summer clearly cracking up laughing at something. I don’t know what it was but they thought it was hilarious.🤣
