Lets see/hear about the type of builds you intend to make for the new paranormal pack

I had this WIP build in some save, for a renovation challenge(ish) save. I placed it in Willow Creek originally, but that'll work well with the interior things from the new pack I think.
This is it, it's just a shell atm, but I don't want it to be very furnished anyway.
