I am already set for homes for now.
I built this one long ago when we got Spooky Stuff.
It's is intended to be a makeover challenge type home.
I will cheat a sim who can't afford the property some simoleons so they can acquire it at an average home price.
Which will use up nearly all their money and they have to slowly restore it. The fact that it will be extremely haunted will make it all the more interesting.
Unfortunately, the property is so large that I have very few location choices to place it.
I originally built it for Windenburg, but I have a huge Britechester dorm their now.
So now it's in Del Sol Valley. Which means one of my fame bound sims will buy it at the start of her rise to stardom.
The renovated lot will look more like this.
But before they can get it to that, they will be living on a haunted lot with Spooky, Grimy, and Creepy Crawlies, lot traits.
I will have to set milestones for when they can replace the negative lot traits with nicer ones.
My other homes were built with content from Realm of Magic.
Over to the right, I was thinking about building a creepy home to replace Vlad's house, but I kind of like it.
I might just tweak it a little.
This version is a replacement for the Goth's home.
