Having had time to muse over the idea, I'd actually quite like a pack like this, though more for witchcraft/magic as a skill than for witches themselves.
If they do it though my interest in witches will only increase if they're NOT a separate life state; they weren't in sims 1 and I would prefer it that way; it would mean human, alien and vampire sims could all become full-blown witches without compromising their species.
