Just popping in here, my hope is that witches would be very much like Makin Magic. It was quirky and fun. Which fits well with the sims 4's style. It really made me feel like witches had this whole other world separate from normal sims. It had its own lore and world (Magic Town) and you could cast spells, create charms and get into all kinds of mischief if that's what you wanted. There were also interesting rules for when your magic sims did magic in front of non magic sims like spell backfires or it would cost you a fine if you were caught.
One other thing, I really hope that children have their own little set of spells. It would be nice to see children learn magic and be able to grow so that when they become teens they'll have a better grasp on magic. Toddlers could show signs of magic but not be able to cast any real spells or charms.
