What I really miss is a built in fridge. I have seen dozens of kitchens in real life and the vast majority have built in fridges. It would really help for realism if we could have normal build in fridges for the existing counters.
Being able to snap mini fridges and washing machines under counters would also help to build realistic kitchens.
I also want full kitchens with matching counters, islands and upper cabinets. I like the RoM kitchen but miss the matching cabinets. And this is not the only pack with a incomplete kitchen.
