I mean Sims get each other pregnant and cheat all the time even without alien abductions just because how story progression works in the game. Sims get deleted from the game without consent with how culling works in the game. If you really think about it we have few options to play the game because the game lacks tools so much especially for sandbox play. I rather have a toggle instead for things like that and have a lot trait to prevent abductions for those that want it. There is an option in the game to make Sims not get pregnant. Abductions don't guarantee pregnancy like they used to as well.
Sims troll the forums, do push ups, drink, wear horrible outfits, and play their phones without consent too which is why MCCC mod is great for giving options back to the player.
