Personally, I think Vampires was well done and I don't really think it needs that much added, given the Sims tone and teen rating.
If it were refreshed, however, I certainly wouldn't object to some more CAS assets; a tangible reward for becoming a Head Vampire and maybe something around enthrallment, like becoming a Vampire thrall for a day and a method for human's to resist enthrallment.
