I did an experiment to see if that broken fireleaf at the National Forest in Granite Falls was still broken. I set the season to 'summer' (which works for fireleaf) and sent a Sim to the National Forest to...wait. She talked to the fireleaf and played the guitar for it (it didn't seem to care), and then 'ran inside' quite sensibly during a thunderstorm...and played the guitar some more...and ate some granola...and played the guitar (she had the 'seldom weary' trait).
Finally, morning arrived! And so did Autumn. It was an old pre-seasons save, and for whatever reason, it started its calendar on the last day of summer. The fireleaf went dormant, and I exited in disgust without saving.
