Never hurts to see even some more variety of pre-mades, but can't say I ever thought or counted sims to see if it's balanced. Honestly, S4 has been the most diverse game in the series. Can understand in earlier games and around their time period as well. Not sure where some people are getting that there may be malicious intent behind it from Maxis.
Usually most pre-mades wear out their welcome after some save games and I just give a lot of them the boot. :p If they do make some single dad's that are gay for premades then I hope they're interesting and not just for the sake of evening things out. I don't care for majority of pre-mades male or females if they're uninteresting and look and background.
Plus I do keep in mind of the Maxis account with more premades from their trailers. I remember the two single dad's from parenthood. One dad with 4 kids plus his father and another with two kids. Not gay though(least I don't think?). But yeah throw in some single gay dad's in there I'm for it.
Males have just always been pretty underwhelming throughout all Sim series not even this one, especially in clothing. Even in the CC community there's definitely A LOT more female clothing than males ones, especially in good quality.
