Does anyone knows exactly how long are the life stages on short lifespan? I've read that it takes 12 days as a ya and the same as an adult, but my game is giving me something like 6 or 7 days for thos...

How long have you been playing with your sim? It's possible that you've already gone through half of their young-adulthood or adulthood, whichever they are...
If you had the lifespan set to normal or long and you changed it to short in the middle of a stage in your sim's life, it would have changed to midway through the short lifespan, if that makes sense. It wouldn't go back in time. Hope that helps :)
