Which lifespan do you typically play on?

Usually I start with aging off because I want to play a relaxed game and I don't want to hurry with anything. Sometimes I won't turn aging on until my Sim has reached the top of her/his career and found a spouse. Sometimes I turn aging on normal, sometimes on long. I don't think I've ever used a short lifespan.
