Which lifespan do you typically play on?

I would like to see babies/infants, toddlers, young child/preschooler, child, tween/preteen, young teen, teen, young adult, adult, middle aged adult, elder, senior citizen. I would also like to see an actual calendar year, with actual months. Another thing I would like to see is actual birthdays. For example, "today is Corey's birthday, and he is turning eleven years old." I would also like to see non-binary sims.
