Lifestyle issues

I keep getting Workaholic, just because my sim goes to work every day. So now when he's at home, he constantly gets the bored moodlet because he's not at work :s I dont want him to be a workaholic! That the world for UI Cheats Extension so I can keep getting rid of the annoying moodlets. He also has the people person one because he has 3 brothers and sisters and a wife and child, and he keeps constantly being sad because the relationships are decaying.... Which then means that because of sentiments, the child sim is constantly sad because he is around someone who is feeling sad..... so now all my sims are generally just sad, or stressed :s :s :s

I love the idea of lifestyles and sentiments, but the execution just doesn't really work right in game. I like the idea about being able to pick and choose which ones to aim for or turn off.
