Lifestyles: how's your experience?

I have them turned on again in my game. It bothers me to keep big features turned off. My sims that live together all tend to get the same ones which is somewhat a little boring but it also doesn't bother me. People Person is almost guaranteed for every sim I've noticed no matter what traits they have. I feel like whatever requirements this lifestyle has needs some changes.
