the lot would likely be a great place for a seafood restaurant (i still like the idea of making a pirate-themed one with get famous sets and such). my only seafood restaurant is in windenburg because it wouldn't fit properly in brindleton bay (i seriously wanted it on the pier, but that 20x20 just wasn't cutting it)
OMG, can we have the servers and hosts be in GF clothes???? If this can happen I am seriously going to do some restaurant renovations with the clothing attire! haha
