Lilith and Caleb Vatore are...love interests? Uh, what?

I don't have any of those weird mods to enable incest, yet I was playing my family today, which is Caleb and his s/o and Lilith, and found that SOMEHOW they were all romanced. Caleb and his boyfriend, Lilith and Caleb's boyfriend, and strangest of all, Lilith and Caleb. Is this a thing for vampires or a glitch?

I just checked my game, and Lilith and Caleb have just a normal sibling relationship in my game. It might be a glitch?

That would be a glitch. It could be caused by almost any kind of mod -- mods don't only cause problems they are directly related to. If it happens again in a mod-free save, report it at AHQ with a copy of your save.
