Oh well, Seems like Oasis Springs it is then. I am... not a winter person.
Heh, neither am I, but I don't mind making my Sims suffer a bit. I've also kept thunderstorms in the game, even though I'm terrified of them in real life. (If I'm outside, that is, because you know, death possibility. And there's no option to quit without saving in real life.)
