Random lockup doors in the world that you're able to interact with. The only interaction will be "Spray Graffiti".
Speaking of Graffiti, I'm sort of thinking that you'll be able to graffiti anywhere with a surface, not just on lots. As far as I remember, you could only spray on lots since you needed to place a "tag area." Seeing the sidewalks covered in them all over the world would be cool, and if they manage to make it so that it can be sprayed on some of the fences, I will be a happy Simmer.
