They look suspiciously similar to MC Hammer pants.
They're actually called joggers, here where I'm from and it's totally in the city. I never heard about "jagger" pants.
I'm excited about this because I LOVE joggers pants or "jaggers" as some may know them as ;) they are super comfortable and of dressed, paired properly can be worn for any occasion.
ETA: my Sims will finally have some swag :) time to dress them like how I see people dress on a daily basis.
