There’s a bubble machine in City Living. It sounds like it works about the same, according to the wiki.
Sims 4 bubble machine is kinda lame. The ts2 one looks really fun since it's always swarmed and it makes the sims float! They keep laughing and generally look like they're having a great time.
Sims don't touch the ts4 one and when they do they just cough and get an emotional moodlet -- the same as any other emotional object.
TS2 Sims can join and build relationships while using. And yeah, they float high.
They would also spin if they got high enough. On the chess table, TS2 sims would play an actual game of chess, not the fakery we have now. Pool table, again a real game, plus the option for trick shots. From TS1 the option to have a 50s/60s diner as well as the fancy restaurant, the result depending on the host(ess) station selected.
