How could I have forgotten the food processor? Not even the kitchen SP gave us one, just ad nauseum more coffee makers. Ah, what version are you referring to on lot editing? I can edit occupied lots no problem in both TS1 & TS2. Or are you referring to some exotic terrain changing?
I'd put the separate build & buy as a miss, as they help with organizing what's what.
