Yeah, I just always do the Risky Actions.
Did you know that the "Safe" Actions aren't 100% guaranteed to complete?
One time, my Sim went to a Gig they couldn't fully prepare for, one of the prep tasks was to practice dramatic scenes and their acting skill wasn't high enough to unlock the interactions.
So instead of doing a Risky Sword Fight that I hadn't prepared for I just did the Safe version.
And guess what. My Sim immediately threw his sword right into the air and it landed on his foot!
I kind of hoped that the "Safe" action would be guaranteed to succeed but with a smaller increase to job performance.
What bad luck!
