Looking for the new cheat to unlock the career items in buy mode! I think came with the new patch

Youtube has a cheat called Sims 4 cheat unlock all career locked items in build mode.

It works with no problems at all in my game and it is only sims with the handy skill that carry them out.

Hello @Prof_Pineapples. I think that once you unlock the career items you can't put the lock back onto them.

unless you start a new game, all items will be locked again-I'm just guessing that will happen!

Yes, when you start a new game, the items will be locked again. I don't think that you are able to put the lock back onto a current game if the items have been unlocked, but they will be locked for a new game.

One of the previous patches changed this. If you're building on a lot that does not have a family living on it, all of the career items are now unlocked by default.

No mod or cheat required.

You will need the cheat, though, if you have a household residing on the lot.
