Hi everyone! I’ve been a bit apprehensive about this move and I can see it will take a good while for this to feel comfortable and familiar. I’m going to miss the old forum. And I really miss everyone’s avatars. We lose so much by not being able to express something about ourselves through them. Hopefully we’ll get them eventually!
I just want to make sure my avatar is there. I don't see it yet. OK, How did y'all keep your avatars. I don't see where I can upload my picture in the profile .
Click on your profile in the upper right corner, then on My Settings to select a preset avatar.
Hello, everyone. Just thought I'd pop over and see the lay of the land, as it were. Right now, it's terribly confusing. I really enjoyed browsing through the forum topics, find one that interested me and read it. Where are they?

I seen the presets but I guess we can't upload our own pictures like on the old forum yet.
Hmm. I’m not a fan of the nested replies, meaning that if I want to see unread replies hidden in those nests I have to go through the whole thread again! It’s not so bad with short threads, but for long ones it will be impractical. That means I’ll miss out on reading continuing discussion of particular points that arise. Those are sometimes the most interesting bits of a thread!
